absence plan balance transfrer after global transfers

Summary: When an emp has as a global transfer the plan participation on the absence plans changes. But we are not able to see the old plans before the transfer on or after the transfer date. The plan ideally become inactive but still remain on the employee record. But the global transfer is removing them from the employee record. Because of this the balance transfer functionality from one plan to the other using the Plan Category functionality is not working.
