Structure changes to Changes-Only HCM Extracts

Summary:

If a Changes-Only HCM Time and Labor extract is in use but a change to the structure of the extract is needed, e.g. need to add new record fields, etc., do we need to rebaseline the extract so that it recognizes the changes?


Content (required):

If the extract is in use already in production but a structure change is needed is a new baseline required for the extract to recognize and pull from the new structure change? Does it need to be run with the changes only parameter set to 'All Attributes'? If so, changes that are ready to be extracted will be pulled in with the rebaseline and potentially never extracted and sent to our 3rd party. Please advise how to properly handle this scenario.
