Running accruals for Past periods

We had some corrections made on the assignment FTE's for few employees dating back to 10Nov2022. We now want all the absence accruals to reflect this corrected FTE. Should we run the Calculate accruals and balances process for every period starting Nov-22 till date? Also, is there a need to run the Withdraw accruals process? Please share your thoughts.
