Summary

The first column with the expandable "carrot" is too large in R13, is this intended or a bug?

Our users noticed during testing that if you enter "Edit" mode on the skills/qualifications profile page, the size of the first column grows and looks odd.

Is this intended or should we open an SR as a bug?
