EL Syntax to Hide fields on Time Card for Contingent worker records

How to Hide fields on Time Card for Contingent worker records

We want to hide some fields on the Time Cards for Contingent worker records. The time card can entered be by the contingent worker ( ESS) or by the manager (MSS). I can use role to hide when the time card entry is done by Contingent worker , but when a manager is entering the time card for the contingent worker, the role check will not work.

I probably need the EL syntax which uses the system person type or the time card layout name to apply the Hide/Show page customization
