Looking for ability to remove documents from a Manager's Evaluation page so they don't see so many documents

I know Managers have the ability to filter on the documents they can see on their My Team Evaluations page, but is there a way an admin can remove them from view after a period of time to eliminate the need for a manager to have to use the filter option?
