Can we clear the data in a field based on another field value in OFS Activity Details screen?

Hi Team,

We have the following requirement:

There will be certain Read/Write fields in the standard Activity Details screen with data present. On click of a check box the data present in these fields have to be cleared.

Can this be achieved in OFS vis default value/validation rules? Have anybody came across such requirements . If yes any insights on how to achieve this in standard ofs screen will be helpful.
