Global Transfer during Benefit Waiting Period

Our current life event configuration for for Global Transfers works great if the employees benefits are already in effect at the time of the Global Transfer. However, we recently have had employees who have a global transfer during their benefit wait period meaning, the global transfer occurs in-between when the employee enrolls and when their benefits go into effect. We are needing assistance on how to configure the life event to accommodate the scenario above.
