How to Deduct the absence balance automatically?

Can we deduct Employee Absence automatically. Like we have a scenario if an employee has not provided his In and Out time in the Time Cards (Time and Labor) for 01-Jan-2023 and not applied any absence on 01-Jan-2023. Then any logic or configuration, we can have which will auto deduct the absence on 01-Jan-2023.
