Summary: Need to change current leave lapsing logic of 'Vacation Time Off' leave type. System should do the leave lapsing after 18 Month of work year.

For e.g.

Employee joining date: 5th June 2022

1 year of service: 4th June 2023

Leave accrual balance of last 1 year should valid till: 4th Dec 2024

Also, while doing Absence lapsing, system should consider 'Original Date of Hire' for Acquisition employee and for other employees (other than Acquisition) system should consider 'Hire date'.
