Summary: Consider employee Original Date of Hire while calculating absence accrual and lapsing.

As per customer requirement, while calculating absence accrual and lapsing, we want to consider ‘original date of hire’ for some set of employees only. For rest of employee system should consider ‘Hire Date’.

Please share your knowledge on this, how to achieve this.
