Do we have the possibility to move Goals from One Goal Plan to Other, for only few Employees

Move the Goal/s from one Goal Plan to other Goal Plan of the same employee.

Some employees has assigned with multiple Goal Plans. Do we have the possibility to move Goal/s from one Goal Plan to other Goal Plan of the same employee? If so, do we have any HDL process to do the same for hand full of employees?
