How to customize CTA buttons?

Our purpose is to customize CTA buttons by changing size, shape, color and text.

Is it possible to customize these buttons? We would like to change size, shape, color and text.

Furthermore, we would like to know if we can change the "Action" button in the Skills and Qualifications section. In this section, the button opens a dropdown list with the option "print" to "export". We would like not only to change the option, but we also want to remove the dropdown list (So, instead of "Actions -> Print", just "Export")
