Contact Service Request subtab

Summary:

On Contact, Service Request subtab, there is a Status field to search, but by default it only selects value 'New' 'In Progress' 'Waiting'. The user has to open the drop box and tick all selection to view all Service Request.

Can it be defaulted to show all Status
