Absence approval workflow based on Role

Hello!

We are working with different approvers depending on the absence type and it's requestor. For example, we have Vacation type, it is requested only by a specific role (****_custom_role) and it gets auto-approved.

I've been working with BPM but couldn't find a solution, any suggestion?
