[Succession Planning] Need a solution when Parent/Child companies are involved
Summary:
We are using Position based Succession Planning and we have a situation with respect to Parent/Child companies, for example if CompanyA is child of CompanyB and when CompanyA employee could be a successor of an CompanyB position. How does CompanyA HCM Succession Planning page can represent the CompanyB position?
Aim is to see CompanyA employee's career plan and business think it would be great to see CompanyB positions in which CompanyA employee is a successor. They even wanted this information of Company B position details in Succession Plan Organization chart.
Does anyone handled this kind of requirement?
