We have an incremental Sick Plan in which accruals occur at the end of each monthly or bi-weekly pay period. We have a new requirement in which newly enrolled plan participants are to get a "front-loaded" amount of Sick Time immediately upon enrollment before receiving subsequent incremental accruals. Has anyone set up something similar in one accrual plan? Is it possible?
