Is there a way to customize a performance template or a document to add more competencies at once?

Is it possible to add more than one competence at one time in a performance document when a person goes into one of the Evaluation Topics and tries to add a value?

Actually, a person could only click on the "Add" button, add one competency, save, and repeat. This process is not very user-friendly, and requires a lot of effort, especially for people who have a lot of competencies to evaluate

By adding more competencies at once, a person could speed up the process of evaluation.
