Annual Leave Monthly accrual process for future projected balances
Summary:
Currently in UK, Annual leave has Monthly leave accrual process (Monthly 2.08 / Yearly 25 accrued) and calendar year is Jan-Dec.
When in Feb month employee tries to add 10 leaves when as on balance is 2.08 , system won't allow to add those leave. System will only allow to add 2.08 leave as per as on date balance.
As per current scenario, system should allow to add leaves as per projected balance in Dec month i.e. 25 leaves in Feb month. which means system should allow user to add leaves in advance as per projected balance of whole year.
