Deduction of time from Compensatory Absence Plan!

Hi - We are facing a specific issue with the Spain roll out. There is an integration between T&L and absence for compensatory plan. Let us take an example where the employee is scheduled to work 40 hrs in a week and the employee clocks in 50 hrs in Time entry module . The extra 10 hrs flows into the compensatory plan which the employee can avail later. Now let us consider where employee clocks in 30 hrs instead of expected 40hrs - In this case the compensatory plan doesn't deduct the 10 hours from the balance at plan level,
