Performance: Goals are not updated automatically

Summary:

Hello,

Suppose an employee has added a new goal and the manager has approved it.

When the manager clicks on the performance documents and click on Goal Section, the goals page is not updated.

The manager has to click on Actions> Update Goals. And then the goal appears. This is done manually.

Is there a way where the goals are updated automatically.

Please advice.
