All-in-one Performance Documents - Document Availability, Submission and Warnings

We are experiencing challenges with the all-in-one evaluation in a few different areas.

Availability of Performance Documents:

When going into the all-in-one evaluations section under My Team, Career and Performance, Evaluate Performance,we are not able to see the performance document name from the drop-down but these are present on the evaluate performance page. Is there a scheduled process that needs to run or setting that needs to be checked on the template?

Submit button:

The submit button is greyed out if the self-evaluation has not been bypassed and is still in progress. It is not intuative that this is the reason when you are able to concurrently evaluate with the manager review. Does all-in-one evaluations or the evaluate performance page support mass bypass of self-evaluations? Or will the manager still have to go one-by-one to move them forward?
