Mass upload to remove absence reason to null using HDL

Hi,

Sick leave absence reason updated incorrectly and we need to remove the reason and make it null for the absence applied.

Note: Sick leave reason is not mandatory for this type.

Provided below HDL for sample used and it's not working as expected. Any experts please suggest how to remove the updated reason and make it as null through HDL.
