Can we set the visibility of Anytime Feedback to only the Line Manager and worker (not all managers)

Hi esteemed peers,

For anytime feedback, the available option in visibility is "Managers and employee" which means the entire chain of managers can see the feedback.

Our client wants to let only the direct manager of the employee see their anytime feedback and not the entire managerial hierarchy upwards. Can this be achieved?
