Ability to save configurable form data

Summary:

Ability to save data enterred in the fields of configurable form

Content (required):

We are not using application task in preboarding checklist, instead we are using configurable form in preboarding checklist where we are capturing candidate information. However we woud want that data to be there in system even if that checklist somehow gets deleted.

Is there any way we can incoporate such requirement
