Need to have competencies of the performance evaluation linked to the employee's profile.

Summary: Our client has the need to have competencies linked to the employee's profile so that they are part of the performance evaluation. In the performance model, the field "Populate with competencies using profile" is activated, and the competencies of the employee profile are being evaluated in the appraisal. These competencies are specific per employee, and are not the same for everyone. Each of the employees needs to have person-specific competencies. Can I populate the profile competencies section per employee per load? What is the best way to make this link?
