Include competence which is automatically calculated by the system based on payroll data (Frequency)

Summary: Our client has the need to include in the performance evaluation a competence that is automatically calculated by the system based on payroll data (Frequency). This competence is called "Punctuality and attendance" and analyzes whether the employee has absences without legal justification and / or delays exceeding 59min / month. The employee loses 5 points in the final evaluation grade and also loses 5 points for each absence without legal justification. This competency needs to appear in the performance appraisal as well as the final calculated score received in this competency based on the data in his/her profile.

How can I meet this need? Only through report development?
