Can we restrict Manager/Hr to open old Performance Documents of employe ?
Summary: Manager/hr can able to reopen the Performance document which was in completed State where the client Required to restrict to open the old Performance document.
for example : if the employee is in the 2023 performance Document but Manager can reopen the 2022 Performance Document
