Summary:

We have created BIP bursting reports for timecards not submitted, so if that could be used in the webservices, call, we know that the BIP report is possible.

 1. When a user submits their Time Card, Is it possible to capture that event and call a webservice or Oracle Integration

2. Can a rule be written to generate a time exception for ‘If an employee did not submit a time card for previous day by say 9 am est today’ and call a webservice when that exception occurs
