Unable to find Absence planning tab under my team quick actions

Hello,

As per the 23C release, there is a new feature where managers can find under my team --> quick actions (show more ) --> absence planning.

But I can't find it even after I have the duty role needed. Please help me understand how to find 'Absence Planning' page
