OTL time card calculation

Hi Team,

Could someone kindly help us, how to implement the below scenarios in OTL

  1. As per the customer requirements, US week working hours is 40, any extra hours considers overtime with rate 1.5.
  2. Set the overtime rules and accepts employee overtime time sheet entries.
  3. As confirmed, we are not processing the payroll through the HCM, so, we no need to think about overtime rates and the calculation will be taken card by Payroll team.
  4. As mentioned, we are implementing only regular overtime rule and no need to cover the premium overtime now .
  5. for hourly employees, Regular hours cannot exceed 40 – system to throw an error message if employee tries to enter more than 40
