Problem/Doubt with Event Switch - Open Event

Hi all!

I have a problem with a program.

I want do the next: after send a email campaign wait until the customer open de email, then when he open it trigger a sms campaign. If the customer don´t open the email for a few days, outs the campaign.

My problem: The program stays on the event switch and don´t get the open event.

Someone had used this function just like that?

What is the error?

In the Live Report, the open events are registred.
