How Send time Optimizatin Works?

Hi Everyone,

Send time optimization is a feature in Responsys which will be used to identify best time to send a Campaign. This time will be different for each profile list because different members will open Email at different times

1) But i want to understand where the time will be stored? ( I am assuming it will store in Profile list table)

2) Along with Time, will it also stores Day (Tuesday, Wednesday..) against each member?

3) Can we use this feature in SMS Campaign also?

4) When this feature will be enabled in Responsys without paying any money

I already have oracle document on this but it does not answer my above questions.
