Revenue Attribution in Responsys
Hi, really new to Responsys and this forum - hopefully I am posting in the right spot, if not apologies, and appreciate any feedback.
For our email marketing dashboards, we measure revenue, I believe down to the customer level. I just wanted to understand the logic behind revenue attribution, or if this was set by someone, where I can see the parameters set or not. Essentially I need to understand if the revenue is distributed evenly in the last X campaigns that a customer received, or if it's just based on the email where the customer clicked specifically.
