Object Read Only access

Hi All,

we have a request from some of the business users to provide a read only access for some of the business users who would like to review different types objects of Responsys but don't want to take any risk of updating like the print preview of campaign.

We are trying to explore other options apart from training them.

Can I have some suggestions on this requirement
