Does Social channel still available?

Hi All,

We are exploring the social campaigns from Responsys. we have SRM licences and it is already integrated with our Responsys account. But we could only find the use of this integration with Facebook custom audience. As I am aware, there used to be social campaigns in Responsys with which we used to post the Facebook & Twitter posts directly created in Responsys and posted on to the brand pages.

But we don't find these options with the currently in the platform.

  • Do we need to have the social channel channel explicitly for Responsys?
  • Does this include a separate licences from SRM + Responsys ?
