Recording Button Clicks within Table in Responsys

Hi,

I am trying to send out a newsletter that will have 2 buttons on it. One saying yes and one saying no. Is there a way of storing a value within a table in Responsys based on the button one has clicked on the newsletter. So if you click Yes it stores Y and if you click No it stores N.
