Issue logging into Responsys account

Hi All,

I am new to Responsys product and have recently been given a test instance. But somehow I am facing issue logging in. Below is the screenshot of the error message I get every time I enter the correct username and password.

Can someone please help me identify why this error is showing up? I also confirmed from the user who created my account that it is not locked.

Please let me know in case any one of you have any idea about this.
