Responsys Reply to not working

Hi all

we are facing a strange problem with the Responsys reply-to

we need to map the Responsys hosted reply to email "admin@mydomain.com" to "my email" because my SSL certificate provider needs to send me the authentication email only to the "admin" email of my domain.

I applied the mapping within Responsys - but the forward is not working in any case.

Oracle support is not able to support.. did anybody experience this issue and can explain how was solved (if it was solved?)
