Submitting default form data (url submission)

Hello guys!

We have already developed a form which is live. In order to submit it, we use the URL https://mydomain/pub/rf?_ri_=Form'sRI&EMAIL_ADDRESS=MYEMAIL&field1=Value1&Field2=Value2 .

We need to pass more values upon submission but without sending a new URL to our client (it requires effort from their side and we are searching for a workaround).

Is there any way to pass data upon submitting direct on form's html document?

I tried to use a document as a Landing Page in the default Form Rule , using the below but no hope:
