After upgrading to R13 time card approvers are getting multiple notifications when a single time card is updated or rejectedContent
After upgrading to R13 (from R12) users who approve time cards submitted from others are receiving many notifications (up to 5) when a single time card is either updated by HR or rejected.
The previous behavior (in R12) only showed one notification per rejected/updated time card but now in R13 these notifications are clogging our users' worklists, mostly those in management positions or delegates that approve time cards from different employees.
Oracle Support hasn't been able to give us an answer in more than three weeks after the upgrade. Has any one faced the same issue after upgrading to R13? Any recommended workaround to give a break to our users receiving these multiple withdrawn notifications every time?
