Workschedule load by Spreadsheet loader not working: positioncode is required however we do not use

Hi,

We want to do a workschedule load. According to attached file I found on Oracle Support the following should be in the spreadsheet. Also when I try to load less I get an error that  these fields should be in the file and are required. 

Schedule ID

Schedule Name

Start Date

End Date

Resource ID

Resource Type

Position Code

Business Unit Name

I want to load the schedule based on assignment (resource type). However I get an error that the position code should be filled. The issue is that we do not have position codes (position management has not been set up) so the position codes in the tables is empty. Is it possible to load schedules when you have no position codes. I would expect so, as we are also able to assign work schedules manually. Please see attached the load and the error message given. Hope you can help!
