Can we include 'Ship To' for the Duplicate PO check while SO creation

Summary:

While creating a sales order, we can right an extension to check for duplicate customer PO. But right now, the duplicate customer PO check can be done for a customer bill to level only. Can we also include the Customer Ship To address for the duplicate PO check.

In the extension we are using the below PVO but this PVO doesnt have Ship to related attribute

"oracle.apps.scm.doo.publicView.analytics.HeaderPVO"
