How to adjust carry over balance using HDL

We have a requirement to update PTO carry over days for a set of employees.

I have used the HDL recommended on oracle support, however i get an error that SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId values are incorrect, I have used multiple distinct codes for systemID but none seem to work.
