Unable to hide Note and description in Sick leave notification

Summary:

We modified seeded AbsenceApprovalNotificationReports template, In this template added EL Expression condition before context dff prompt (<?if:CONTEXT_DFF_PROMPT!='Notes-'?>),not able to hide the data only for sick leave.

For above condition it will work but its hiding note for other leave plans also , we need to hide Note for sick leave only.
