How to determine person that submitted time card, using REST APIs?

Need to determine person ID that submitted time card.

Hi,

We need to determine the person ID of the person that submitted a time card. This can be different than the owner (person for which the time card is entered). So, the delegate person (setup through areas of responsability), can access and submit time cards on befalf of others, depending on the access provided.

Is there any API that can provide this information?
