Projected balance is showing incorrect.

Summary:

Hi All, Employee balance as of 31 Aug 2023 is 17.5, employee applied for leave for 2 days in August and while applying he clicked on calculate the projected balance is showing as 14. But it should be (17.5-2=15.5).

Through the Admin login we have checked it is showing accurately.

The Details of Absence Plan is:

Incremental, 1.5 per month, Plan term April-March

Can anyone please help me out what the issue behind this.
