Timecard Entry for Previous Weeks

Summary:

We are looking to get employees to start using the responsive timecard page rather than the classic version. In the classic version the employee is able to select previous weeks to enter timecards, but when they enter timecards in the responsive version, they only get the option to enter time against the current week.

The Worker Time Processing Profile has the 'Create' entry action enabled and set to 400 days before and 0 days after. But why would this behave differently in responsive to classic?
