multiple assignment for absence transaction

Want your advice,

On the absence type for the employee have multiple assignment, I set the approver to "Manager of All Relevant Assignments" and "Allow assignment selection at absence entry". The transaction is on business title I choose All, and days of leave calculated double. I really need approver to send for all manager assignments.

For example :

 this employee add an absence for 3 Aug 2023 to 3 Aug-2023, but the duration is 2 days instead of 1 day.

Is this standard behavior for multiple assignment ? Or is there any setup I need to check ?
