1.Currently the set up has only two selection options "by Departments" or "Performance document" , can we add/update other selection options ,if yes what are the steps?

2.Can you please also confirm the backend set up from where we can enable or disable the notification mode ? is it via BPM notifications or connecting with any other performance notifications?
